SEBI Dematerialisation Mandate

Under SEBI regulations, physical share certificates can no longer be sold, traded, or transferred on the open market without first being dematerialised into an active electronic Demat account.

However, converting legacy certificates often faces operational roadblocks: obsolete addresses, signature differences with bank records, corporate mergers (e.g. old Hindustan Lever, Reliance, L&T, Tata folios), or missing PAN/KYC links. We handle the entire regularisation process.
